AUR was founded in 2021. What started as a one-person production company has grown into a small team of directors, writers and producers who share an almost stubborn belief in the same thing: that every project, whether it's a short film, a feature or a commercial, has a core. And that core is what we protect. The story. The characters. The emotional truth that makes it worth telling in the first place.

We produce scripted films, commercials and content. But we also represent the people who make them. Not as agents. Not as managers. As filmmakers who produce.

That distinction matters to us. When we represent a director, we're not selling a name on a roster. We're building the conditions for them to do their best work, whether that's on an AUR production or somewhere else.

We keep our roster intentional. A handpicked few who fit the crew, but bring their own voice. People we want to open doors for, and who open doors for us. We scale to whatever the project needs, but we stay small enough to care about every single one.

For the directors and writers we work with, we do what good producers have always done. We find the right projects. We protect the vision. We handle what needs handling so they can work. The difference is that we come from the same place they do. We're not on the other side of the table. We're at the same table.
